why do I get the message on my I-pad that Safari is not 5/1 or higher when I run a captivate project

When I check a Captivate 7 project on the I-pad I get the message that it won't run correctly because my I-pad Safari is not 5.1 or higher. However, my Safari is 7.1.2. How do I get rid of this message?
