Why does my Captivate 9 device recording have no audio?
I tried recording on 2 devices (iPhone 5s and iPad mini) with the same results: no audio. I'm recording a demo of an app that includes some audio, some video, but there is absolutely no sound in any case. Can anyone think of what I'm missing here? Or is this simply something that a device recording will not do?
Here are my settings:
- Captivate 9 for Mac
- OS 10.10.5
- iOS 8.4.1 both devices
- Lightning connection
- System audio preference set
- Device audio selected in recording menu
- Captivate set for accessibility permission
