Why does the web object change if I have more than one project open?

I am loading HYTML5 zipped objects into two separate cptv8 projects. The moment I do any changes in one project the HTML5 items change to show exactly the same item in each.

Also when I go to run either of the projects in a browser, Captv8 fails to run it. Anybody else had this issue.
