Why "Go to slide" option not work sometimes?

I am using Presenter 11 with PowerPoint 2013.  I created a quiz and if the quiz is failed, I want the user to retry it before go to the end. I use the "go to slide" option to back to the beginning of the quiz with 12 attempts allowed if failed. My question is: it works some time and not works now and then. I checked the settings are same, Can you help me?

Also please let me know the details of workflow for which go to slide doesn't work.
