Why is Captivate 8 still crashing on Windows?
We are running Adobe Captivate 8 on Windows computers. We are opening it as Run as administrator.
Adobe Captivate 8 is on our C: Drive.
- Why does it run so slow?
- Why is it always crashing? Many times a dialog box comes up that says "waiting for application/close application."
Is there a patch that Adobe offers for this problem? Should I call tech support?
There has to be a way to make Adobe Captivate 8 run smoothly on our computers.
