Why is page showing up blank that has YouTube video Widget?

I'm using Captivate 8. I am designing a responsive elearning module.

I went to interactions, then selected learning interactions. From there I clicked the YouTube widget. I added the YouTube url in the widget. It runs fine when I preview as a project. But nothing shows up once I publish captivate 8 as HTML 5.

HTML5 responsive needs a web environment to work reliably.

Upload the published content to an LMS or web server and then test it from there. SCORM Cloud is a good testing option.
