Why is slide with widget stopping

Question

I have three slides with audio and widgets on them. They won't automatically play. you have to press the play button to get them to play. I've checked the click box, i've removed the click box, i'm checked the slide properties...i can't find any reason it should be stopping upon entrance. I'm using captivate 7

Strange, if you were on CP6 and used an interaction this would be normal behavior. But in CP7 interactions (or are you talking about the old widgets) don't pause the slide anymore.

Could you please post a screenshot of the timeline of that slide. And tell which widgets or interactions you are using?
