Why is the button text and position changing during preview only?

I am having a strange issue with a particular captivate project. I have a button on a content slide and I would like to change the text on it and the position. So I have changed the text and moved the button, but when I preview the project or publish a SCORM the button text always changes back and the position is changed back as well. But when I go back to the captivate project it is still correct.

I have gone through all of the slide actions and changed them to no action, so unless I have missed something it shouldn't be an action doing this. What else could be causing this button text and position to change only when previewed/published?

I feel very silly admitting this but hopefully someone else will benefit from it. I was actually in a different breakpoint, not the desktop one. So when previewing/publishing the change was not made on the desktop breakpoint. Can't believe I didn't check this! Anyway, problem solved.

Sounds like you are still viewing an older cached version of the content.  Is your publish folder location on your local C drive or a network drive?

To test this, change the published name of the content and reupload to see if the button then appears correctly.
