why is web object (url site) does not display when i preview project?

But the web site displays in the project when i am not previewing

    If your output is SWF then the answer will be Flash Global Security.

    If your output is HTML5 then the answer will be browser security because of not being launched from a web server.

    If neither of those is true then the answer will be that your URL is wrong.

    I can actually see the web object when i am not previewing.  The webpage itself is viewable. Moreover, I used my company website as well. So I dont know why it will be blocked by browser security... I am working on captivate from my office premise.

    When previewing the project, the embedded youtube video works, but the website does not work.

    May i know what is / are  the recommended browser for adobe captivate 9?   And what version?  I am currently using Interent Explorer 11 and Firefox 38.7.1
