Why isn't my learning interaction slide working when published?

I'm using learning interaction widget_4. It plays fine in preview but not when published.

Is it possible to give the name of that learning interacction? I have screened the Gallery\Interactions but I don't see a widget labeled 'widget_04'.

Which output (SWF or HTML) and type of project do you have (responsive or non-responsive). The reason for this question is: with a non-responsive project meant for HTML output, the only Preview method using real HTML and not a temporary SWF file is Preview HTML in Browser (F11).

"Objects in the project that are not supported in the HTML5 output get dynamically listed in the HTML5 Tracker. To view the tracker, click Window > HTML5 Tracker"

Publish projects as HTML5 files with Adobe Captivate

@Erik, it would be great if the tracker included everything but widgets never got listed. The learning interactions which replaced the old widgets are never listed in the Tracker, although some of them don't work so well in HTML5 output.

If you're trying to play this published content locally, upload it to a web server or LMS and try again.  You may find it works fine from there.
