Why isn't the YouTube Widget in Captivate 8 working on my computer?

I place the widget on the slide, add the video URL I want the widget to play for the learner, and I open the module in a browser. However, the widget doesn't open or doing anything; the page is blank that I put the widget on. The page acts like it will load, by saying "loading" and having a gray screen with 4 little boxes in a square moving like they are loading something. Nothing happens. I have tried this in Chrome and I.E. I have also made sure that my flash player is updated. Does anyone know why this YouTube widget isn't working in Captivate 8? My professor did exactly what I did but on his computer in Captivate 8 and it worked for him.
