Why recorded links not work?

Hi,

today I am little surprised. For example:

1. All the recording links, what I have clicked at Adobe Captivate Blog (inside of each articles), redirect me to Adobe Event page - Adobe Learning Summit 2015. I am thousands of kilometers away.

2 All the links to videotutorials and learning content, what I have clicked in PDF manual for FlashPro CS6, redirect me to Flash ProCC homepage.

Where is the content? Is it the new crazy ,,road dance", what make Adobe with the users in the ,,CC era"?
