Why the quiz score is getting increased by one after retaking?

Hi Team,

I am using Captivate 9. I have used the customized conditional expression.

Requirement:

I set the pass mark to 80. If the Learner has scored less than 80 marks, I set one group of objects to appear. Along with that, they can retake the lesson.

Observed:

After retaking the score is instead of 100, it is getting 101, instead of 60, it is getting 61, instead of 80, it is getting 81.

I am wondering where I have done the mistake. Can somebody assist me on this?

Check the Project > Advanced Interaction dialog to see if there are other objects in your project that may be set to report a score to the quiz.

The most likely culprit is a button set to report a score of 1.

Hey Buddy,

While Retaking the test, I want my learner to learn the entire session again, then they should retake the test. So, on the Quiz Result page, what modifications are needed. I tried to add an button then to run a script. But it's not working.

Any help is highly appreciated by me.

Check the Project > Advanced Interaction dialog to see if there are other objects in your project that may be set to report a score to the quiz.
