Widget Help

I have used several widgets in my trainings so far.  I am having problems with them occasionally disappearing.  It will show for about 10 seconds, then fold back on itself and disappear.  The slide is set for 120 seconds, which is the length of time the user should take to review the information.  What am I missing?  Also, when viewed in the LMS (Accord), it will occasionally not show, and there is a message DIY Learning Element.  I have had a few people say that the first review is fine, but if they go backwards (Which will not be available in the student course) it goes to the DIY Learning Element message.

    Bit off topic, but please do not make a slide that long but add an

    interactive object to pause the slide.

    I thought of that, but there is audio to go along with the widget.  I did not see a way to add audio for each tab that would be accessed - some you can, some not.

    ‌Are you new to Captivate? Only slide audio can be responsible to make slide duration that long. If adio is embedded in the widget or learning interaction it has no influence, but you have to provide a pausing point. It would be better if you specify which interactions you use and on which CP version.
