Widget not working in published form

I have a Jeopardy game widget that functions properly in the preview, but when I attempt to publish it to my LMS the widget does not show up. Any guidance on what I should try/check?

    Are you publishing to HTML5 or SWF? Did you check with the correct Preview In Browser option (F11 for HTML5 or F12 for SWF) and was it working? I suppose you are on a normal, not a responsive project? Which version number?

    Publishing in HTML5. I checked with both browser options for preview and both work. I am using a normal project with Captivate 2017
