Widget scroll box does NOT show up, it is invisible

Version: Captivate 9

Sub: Widget scroll box

Hello,

Been using Captivate for quite a few years. However, when I insert a scrollbox widget it will appears during preview mode, But the Scroll Widget will not appear in the browser (Explorer or Chrome).

  I checked the timeline, tried advanced actions, tried, on enter "show" etc etc.

I'm hoping the solution is a simple new Captivate 9 oversight on my part.

    Are you talking about the Scrolling Text Interaction (indicated as TextArea widget in the properties panel)?

    Which output are you using? Do you see the interaction when using Preview in Browser (F12) or HTML in Browser (F11)?

    Are you on 9.0.2.437? If not, please update.

    I have been using that interaction a lot, wonder what is happening. Can you show its Dialog box?
