Widget "who wants to be a millionair" error

I inserted the widget "Who wants to be a millionaire" into the slide but there is no "OK" button in the "configure setting" for me to add the widget into the slide as shown in the attached file. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

    It looks like a screen resolution issue, the dialog box cannot fit into your screen? What is the screen resolution?

      Thank you so much for your suggestion. Yes, I changed the screen resolution and the "OK" button shows up.
