Widgets crashing Captivate

Hi,

I'm using Captivate 8 and I'm trying to add widgets to my project. I'm finding that Captivate keeps crashing. After selecting Insert > Widgets, the explorer window appears and I can select from the Widgets folder, however upon selection, Captivate freezes and then crashes.

I've tried deleting my cache (in the Adobe Captivate Cached Projects folder, as per some of the online suggestions), but it hasn't fixed it.

I'm using Captivate over a work network, but the Captivate files in question are stored on my C drive if that makes a difference.

Has anyone else come across this problem?
