Windows 11 speech agents not appearing in Captivate 2019

I just upgraded to Windows 11. I was hoping to find the Microsoft natural voices (e.g., Aria) listed in the Captivate list of supported TTS agents. But only the old MS voices are there.

Does Captivate 2019 support the Windows 11 voices? If yes, what do I need to do?
