WOR file | Publishing issue

Captivate 8.0.1.242 Windows 8.1 When I publish a SCORM project to a folder the first time I get a WOR file outside of my Zip file. When I attempt to publish another Zip file to the same folder I get the dialog box "Publish Failed" or "Fatal Error." Restart Cp. On an occasion, if I remove the WOR file, I can republish to the same folder. However, most of the time I have to publish to another directory to avoid the two dialog boxes and Publish Successfully.
