Word Search widget

Hello,  I am running Captivate 2017 and I am having trouble with the word search widget.   It simply will not work. I have to close Captivate to continue?  I was hoping with the new version there would have been some bug fixes but I still can not get this widget to play?  Should I delete from my machine and start over?  

Anyone else with the problem?
