Workday Learning LMS - Course Not Loading(WriteToDebug is undefined)

Dear Team,

We are using the Captivate 9 for course development. When the course is published as AICC content format and tested in Workday Learning LMS the "WriteToDebug is undefined" error throws in the system. The course is not loading. Also, tried in publishing the content type as both HTML and Flash based output. However, the issue still occurs. For more details, Kindly find the attached image for reference.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

    Have you tested the same content in SCORM Cloud yet?  If not, do that first.  Your issue might be that your LMS doesn't handle AICC or something similar.
