.WRF Files Into Captivate

I am new to Captivate and I would like to upload my .wrf files and publish these using Captivate. A .wrf file is the proprietary player that WebEx uses to record WebEx conferencing sessions. Can anyone help me out with the process to use Captivate to publish these .wrf files?

A poster in another thread suggested recording the recorded presentation using a screen recording tool like Camtasia to get the material into a format Captivate can use:

It may seem strange to record a recording, but it's actually a pretty smart way of quickly converting to an entirely different format. However, depending on the screen size of the WebEx presentation, it might be a real bandwidth/performance hog when run via Captivate. Something to consider.

Bandwidth issues are signifcantly reduced if one encodes uthe wrf using the progressive flv flash format and the on2VP6 codec, at 15 frames per second or less per second (You must also set the Captivate project for the same frame rate) and 2 pass encoding process. At 300 kbs playback is smooth and almost immediate. - Assuming you are having anyone watching at dial-up speeds

The best way I do this is transcoding the webex files into an flv format using another program (Captivate only produced swf files at a maximimum for about ten minutes) and then importing the flv file into Captivate. Where do you plan on pulblishig these files and how long are they ?

I was trying to avoid using flash because we don't have the means to do that. Is that the only way to upload .wrf files into Captivate?
