So I recently started getting the error "Update required - Your browser or operating system is no longer supported" while I try to install Adobe Captivate. We are running Windows 10 20H2. I have atttempted the reg fix found in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html?internal_browser=true#fix-error.

But the fix did not fix the issue. I am the administrator on the computer as well.

Try solution 3 given on the below article if the application has not yet been installed :-
    https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html

If application already installed on your machine follow these steps :-

    1. Close Captivate

    2. Download file from following link: http://prdl-download.adobe.com/Framemaker/428037A8066D4558A7EF7D7D06CB5B72/1600836995996/AASIapp.exe

    3. Copy downloaded file, go to following location and paste to replace the existing file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7

    4. Launch Captivate and check

Overwriting the AASIapp.exe file fixed this for me. Instructions are here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/ccp-windows-sign-in-issue.html.
