YouTube Video Issue

Un-Answered Question From Over a Month Ago!

I have created a Non Responsive Captivate Project and have published it to YouTube, however, when the video is viewed on the website a red box appears instead of an image or video. The image or video with the read box changes each time the video is viewed.

How do I stop the red box from appearing and why does it appear?
