Zoom Transition Effect: Moving a Little Roughly

I have an image that to which I am trying to apply a zoom effect to.

  • Initial Zoom is set to 125%
  • Final Zoom is set to 100%
  • Effect duration is set for 15 seconds

If I preview it using Preview > Project, Preview > From This Slide, or Preview > Next 5 Slides, the effect works perfectly - very smooth transition. However, if I use Preview > HTML5 in Browser or if I upload and then view the SCORM version, the transition is very shaky, like there's an earthquake going on.

I've modified the initial and final zooms, and I've made the effect duration shorter, but it still shakes.

The fact that it doesn't happen until I try to preview the HTML5 or view SCORM version leaves me to think it has something to do with memory?

Any insights?

EDIT: Just tried it out in Firefox and Explorer, and I am not getting the shaky effect; it only happens in Google Chrome.
