Yes. It will become the Developer version. If I recall correctly, the Developer version allows about three different IP addresses for clients, but it's intended to be used by a single developer.

To add to what Dave Watts​ said, the developer version has all the features and robustness of the paid version, but things like PDFs created by CF will be watermarked as "created by ColdFusion Developer Edition".
