CF23-java.lang.NullPoinerException

Hi all,
Recently I have installed coldfusion2023, while configuring IIS and coldfusion appliaction server, trying to run wsconfig.exe file, I am getting java.lang.NullPointerException errors and unable to move forward.

can anyone help me how to troubleshoot or suggest me alternative solution for this?
