2020.10.3 App Hangs Mac Big Sur

Hello world
I am having an issue with some of my clients rooms but does not affect every participant.
The Issue
Click the link and it launchs the browser then the installed Adobe Connect app. The app just hangs at the "E CONNECT" stage (attached image)
Troubleshooting steps
- I have modified Application Interface from Classic view to Standard view (and vise versa) - No change
- I have tried different browser - No change
- Reinstalled the Adobe Connect app - No change
Versions
MacOS = Big Sur 11.1
Adobe Connect App = 2020.10.1
