Adobe Connect bug: Participants can turn off host camera by clicking video and pressing ESCAC version: 11.2Hello,We are experiencing an unusual issue in Adobe Connect and would like to know whether others have seen the same behavior.When the host turns on their camera, a regular participant — who is neither a Host nor a Presenter — can click inside the Video Pod and press ESC. I am trying to move my LR catalog to a new PC. The catalog works fine on old PC and on external drive when external drive is plugged into new PC but says is corrupted when trying to move the catalog from the external drive to the internal drive of new PC and will only open LR in the background. the auto repair process does not help. any suggestions please? thx
Lorsque nous sommes connectés en hôte et présentateur, comment réduire l’affichage du nom sous la vidéo ? Comment Modifier la taille de la police ou de l’encart pour qu’il s’adapte à la taille du module vidéo? On peut agrandir et mettre en avant le module vidéo si plusieurs caméras sont activées, mais si le module est réduit (lorsqu’on affiche une présentation, on réduit forcément le module vidéo et cela pose pb car le nom sous la vidéo peut empiéter sur l’image) . Il faudrait que le nom sous la vidéo s’adapte en fonction du format choisi). Est-ce qu’il y a une solution ? Merci
We are having an issue with a student in our virtual classroom (attendee): Whenever we click “force presenter view”, what we are sharing is in full view on our screen and the other attendees in the class, but for this one student, we have to zoom in a lot for him to be able to see the whole screen - to the point where no one else can see it because the image is so tiny now. We are sharing a document. How is he not seeing it as we do even tho force presenter view is on and how can we fix it?

Background:We deliver online training via the system, and when in breakouts delegates only need to be able to:Use cameras Use microphones Use the chat box View the shared slidesAll of these functions are enabled globally once the broadcast starts.However, due to enhanced rights once in the breakout rooms delegates can now advance the slides forwards, view the slide notes, delete shared content, share screens, and make other changes to the function of the breakout room, which often causes issues due to the “big red button” effect. Question:Is it possible to disable all enhanced rights for delates automatically for breakout rooms, only allowing them to use the functions listed above.Or is there any way I can raise a suggested feature ticket to
all the file that are downloaded seem to have a weird naming scheme. they seem to have unnecessary +-'s included.
Does anyone else find the recent updates to Connect infuriating?Although they're a bit fiddly, I could probably live with the smaller buttons, but why does nearly everything now require additional clicks? If you wanted to write on a whiteboard, for example, you used to be able to just click the pen button and go - now it asks you what type of pen you require. Colour selection is even worse, so if you want to change pen/shape and colour, it requires lots of clicking.Sharing documents is the same - you used to be able to go straight to your own content or shared content, but now there's an extra step - you have to say whether you want a new document or an existing document before you get the choice of personal or shared.And as for annotating documents, e.g. PDFs, it's almost unusable. Documents can start jigging up and down on their own, sometimes the participants don't see the same thing as you (i.e. a different scroll position), and when you do scroll, sometimes it sc

Hi all, Adobe Connect has recently updated its e-learning classrooms, where all the icons on the menu bar are now black (previously grey). Some of them only turn green once they are in use. This is completely inaccessible due to poor contrast, to the point where some learners could not see the icons at all in the classroom. Is there any way to change this? Customer support has been extremly unhelpful and now wants to "run diagnostics" on my computer. Not comfortable at all with that and it doesnt seem to be related to solving the actual problem, which came from THEIR updates. Sorry, feeling frustrated! Any help is appreciated. I assume that there was an update behind the scenes last weekend. Since then, the appearence (color) of the pods has changed.While resizing a pod after unclicking the corner of the pod, my mouse pointer continued to be connected and i could NOT let go. I had to click many more times before it finally let go at a size i did not want but i didn't want to try resizing again so i left it. If undoing the update from the weekend could fix this issue, I would choose to do that but the updates happen behind the scenes so...If there was an email with an explanation of the updates, I didn't get it, our administrator didn't get it.
Hi.I open my session link on chrome Android 16, and tap on "Open in Application" button. In the next page, that is a link in my Chrome,The "Get Adobe Connect " and "Open Adobe Connect" are falsly linked to "Adobe connect classic" , while this app can't be installed on Samsung Android 16, and I have installed "Adobe Connect" newer version. As a result I couldn't open link in the app, normally. While examining a puzzle activity on a website that provides daily letter challenges, I noticed something strange. I've been testing the behaviour of various interactive content types within adobe connect. In a browser, the animations and letter interactions load smoothly; however, within connect, they occasionally lag or become unresponsive.Has anyone else encountered problems with adobe connect rendering lightweight web-based puzzle elements smoothly? I'm not sure if this has to do with shared-screen refresh rates, html rendering limits, or connect's handling of scripts in embedded content. If anyone else has discovered a solution for comparable circumstances, please let me know.
