Webcam causing freezing and audio issues with automatic cam quality feature
Ever since Connect moved away from allowing the user to adjust video quality for webcams I have run into bandwith issues. I start a class on camera and within the first 15 minutes I am freezing and participants can not hear me clearly. Every time I turn off my camera the audio and freezing issues go away. Am I alone in this? Are there any suggestions to allow me to be both seen and heard?
I am using the browser version of Connect (ver 12.11?) and using it on Microsoft Edge.
