Adobe connect download issue

I have an issue with downloading newest version of Adobe Connect app in my laptop.

I use Windows 10 and while trying to download Adobe Connect multiple times, I get the following error message: Error in downloading Adobe Connect application for desktop. Retry or contact your Adobe Connect administrator if the problem persists.

I tried to do it all over again, but the issue persists. I cannot find any chat/email support option to solve the issue, so I would appreciate any help I can get here. Thanks.
