Presenter View Issues

We are having an issue with a student in our virtual classroom (attendee):

Whenever we click “force presenter view”, what we are sharing is in full view on our screen and the other attendees in the class, but for this one student, we have to zoom in a lot for him to be able to see the whole screen - to the point where no one else can see it because the image is so tiny now. We are sharing a document. How is he not seeing it as we do even tho force presenter view is on and how can we fix it?
