Connection Error for each participant once I put them in a breakout

I am the Host and when I put everyone in a breakout group I receive a message shortly after saying connection error.

It states “The Adobe connect media server at https://admin.cosowebrtc.com/api/cas/index is not responding” Some of the participants are also receiving this once the breakout is started.
