Adobe Connect bug: Participants can turn off host camera by clicking video and pressing ESCAC version: 11.2
Hello,
We are experiencing an unusual issue in Adobe Connect and would like to know whether others have seen the same behavior.
When the host turns on their camera, a regular participant — who is neither a Host nor a Presenter — can click inside the Video Pod and press ESC. After that, not only does their own video view close, but the host’s camera is also turned off.
We have already tested the common troubleshooting steps:
confirmed affected users are only Participantsverified roles and permissionsrecreated the room layout and the Video Podtested both the Adobe Connect desktop app and browsercleared cache / reinstalled the clientchecked and updated the client/server versionsThe issue still persists.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Is this a known bug, or is there any recommended workaround/fix?
