2nd Audio channel for simultaneos translation possible?

I'm looking for a solution to cover the following:

Person I (interviewer) is interviewing Person E (interviewee) remotly (using audio/video).

Person T (translator) watches the videostreams of I+Es cams and listens to their audio in order to translate it simultaneously into another language. Person W (watcher) watches the interview of I and E, but listens to the translation of T. Of course Ts audio channel hast to be muted for I+E.

 

Does Adobe Connect provides a solutions for this? How?

    The closest thing that would meet this need would be to use the Closed Caption pod and have a service that does the translation and puts the captions in the desired language. But that may even be a stretch.
