30 day free trial of connect. Ive not received the welcome email

I registered yesterday for the 30 day free trial of Connect.I havent received my welcome email witht he URL on. I cant find anyway of cantacting anyone and have wasted the best part of today trying to sort it. Adobe also doesnt seem to want to download on my mac can any one help please?

The welcome emails have been known to land in the Spam/Junk box. Check there. If it didn't come in try creating a new trial account. For some reason, I have to use a browser other than Chrome to get the trial form to submit properly, but that may be an issue specific to me 😉
