Ability to record and playback role play activities

Hi All,

I conduct skill training sessions using Adobe Connect and would like the ability to record a role play between two people sharing webcams, and have the ability to immediately play back and debrief this video recording. Besides using a third-party screen capture program, are there any other solutions/techniques I can use to accomplish this.
