Keep in mind, the named meeting host license is locked at 100, unless you add the Burst Pack to your account.  Users will get a meeting full error message.  Adobe doesn't back bill for overages, the prevent them so you don't get any surprises later.

Pricing is a discussion between you and your reseller. If you would like I can have that discussion with you off-forum. You can PM me or reach me at jorma[at]realeyesconnect.com. But here is the functional side of burst pack minutes.

Burst pack minutes allow you to exceed your current licensing by up to 5 times. For example, if you have a Named Host license, with a limit of 100 attendees per meeting, then you could have up to 500 attendees per meeting so long as you have the burst pack minutes to support it. The minutes are sold in 5,000 minute packs and each user beyond your licensing consumes one burst pack minute per minute. So, using 5,000 minutes as an example, if you had a meeting with 150 attendees that lasted for 60 minutes, you would consume 50 X 60 = 3,000 minutes. So, while they can be useful for the occasional overage, if you need a larger seating capacity, you may find Seminar/Webinar rooms more cost effective.
