Accepting Guests

Hi,

I am having issues with the accepting guests functionality in  seminar rooms. To keep track of who has accessed and so registered participants don't have to deal with passwords, we use the guest functionality for people joining. When the first external user joins the room and has to be approved, we select the option "Approve all guests" however, this doesn't seem to work properly - all other guests then have to be approved anyway. Does anyone know a solution to this?

The Approve all guests option should read "Approve all currently waiting guests". It doesn't create an open door for all future guests.

If you don't want to have to approve people when they join, change the room permissions to "Anyone who has the URL for the meeting can enter the room" and all attendees will be able to join without you accepting them.
