ACCESO A ADOBE CONNECT

Good morning, I have a big problem, I have been trying to enter adobe connect for more than a week, I have spoken with a lot of people but nobody gives me a solution, when I enter the password it gives me an error and when I click on remember password it does not return the message mail with the new one, please I need a solution since we have to give courses and we cannot enter.

    Hi, Carmen.

     

    If your account is like mine, it's through a third-party provider, not directly with Adobe.  We use Clarix and they are very good.  Perhaps that is who you need to contact with assistance.

     

    Also, I've found the chat-bot (https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html) very helpful.  The technicians who work there are almost always able to help (except when the network goes down... which is all too often).

     

    If you do need to reach Adobe Customer Care, I've emailed customercare@adobe.com and received a response.
