I requested new password. the particular training has a 72 hour limit on password.

Now can't sign in or access training at all.  what steps should I be taking?

    For the community to help you out, please provide some more information. Are you using a hosted or a licensed Connect?

    Are you aware of any local administrator who can help?

    Thanks for responding Ashish. I was able to resolve my connecting issues and launch the training. The provider had to refresh their link in the system.
