Access Meeting Rooms

I am on the free trial for adobe connect meetings. I was sent a link to access the meeting rooms but this is no longer appears to works; saying I no longer have access. I have the app downloaded but it just asks for the meeting link.

I have since changed the email address on the account to see if that would help but evidently not. How do I access the meeting rooms as an administrator? I am the only one with access to this account so should have all permissions required.

    The app is for accessing meetings. If you need to access Connect Central (the web based UI for managing the account) use your web browser.
