Access privileges ID 5000

Been on to Apple & checked all access, but still getting ID -5000 when saving direct from any Adobe programme..... anything I can chceck on the Adobe end, have un installed & re installed also... no difference.

    i cant save from any adobe programme, even tho access has been granted. can save to desktop then drag accross but cant save direct to a desired folder on the desktop.  Please help...
