Access to Adobe Connect support: Account/Contract not recognized

I tried to reach the Adobe support service for an issue with our Adobe Connect account, but the chatbot doesn't recognize our user account as associated with a contract. We actually pay monthly our Adobe Connect account.

Is there any alternative way to contact Adobe Support?

Then you should talk with an Adobe Connect Re-seller who supports sales in Spain. You will find a better support model and probably more features in Connect if you purchase through them. It is usually the same or similar cost.

Did you try using their chat function? Use the speach bubble icon at the bottom right of the page https://helpx.adobe.com/support/connect.html

Yes. That was the very first option. As our contract reference code is not recognized in the Adobe database -who knows why, as they are charging the bills-, the chat was a dead end.

Exactly the same problem from the UK. Adobe cannot recognise my account even after providing them:

Email address

Invoice number

Connect account number

Credit card details

I have been told to email  asupport@adobe.com  to cancel connect

Tried it once - will try again.

 

I have queried this as a data breach since Adobe are passing my credit card details to a third party with no valid reason.

Thanks. I'm in Spain, which is a non-existing country, according to the Adobe Support department: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-phone-numbers.html . I'll find another way.
