account expiration notification message

I am still getting this message after our account has been updated.

"Your account has expired and will be turned off soon. In order to continue using it, please renew today by contacting your Adobe Connect sales rep". I am not getting any results after contacting our sales rep. We can still use our account, however i don't know how long until we are locked out of

our account and can't use it.
