Question

Acrobat Connect conferencing in India

I have a colleague in India who would like to join un in an Acrobat meeting. The teleconference numbers that Adobe provides do not include a number from India. Are there other options for teleconferencing from India that I am not aware of? What do other Connect customers do in this situation?

Please reply as soon as possible - even if this is not an option it would be good information to know as we are having the meeting later today and I need to know if I should search for alternatives.

    Hi Randy,

    Are you using Premiere for teleconferencing? If so, international participants should be able to dial the toll number (not the toll-free) to join the conference. Alternatively, you can dial out from the teleconference (not from Connect) or have an operator assist you in doing so. You will need to contact Premiere directly for international rates.
