Acrobat Connect Trial: Guest Login

I have signed in for a 15 days Trial Version of Acrobat Connect and have been able to start a meeting and to invite attendees. However the invitees were not able to enter the meeting as guests but were requested to enter user name and password. Does anybody know why it does not work to enter as a guest when the meeting is already opened by the host?

    After managing to use the Trail Version for 6 or 7 days I was subjected to this. I think it might have something to do with Connect and Connect Pro. Connect is not available in Europe and the trail has since been changed and an additional login has been put in place. Unfortunately the trail isn’t working how it was. The guest would need to know your Adobe ID to enter the room!

    I was happy with my trail and when I tried to purchase Connect I stumbled across an FAQ and it I found out it wasn’t available in Europe. Ever since talking to adobe representatives about this the trail changed.

    The email I recieved from Adobe about my trail said that it expired Jun 29th, 2009 - thats more than 15 days!!!
