Do I have to upgrade my Adobe Account to add authors?  For some reason I cannot add an author to the only one that I have in the account. When I attempt to add this author I receive a message saying that the limit of my account is over limit... I admit that this is frustrating for the price I pay every month...

    Since you have a monthly account, you should reach out to Adobe here, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support‌. They should be able to help verify if an additional Author license can be added and what the cost would be.
