Admin will occupy license?

Can  Administrators  launch and “audit” ongoing offerings from the learning connect without having to be enrolled and without taking a seat in the offering.

An Admin should be able to access training objects without being enrolled, however I do believe that they occupy a Concurrent Learner License when they are viewing the training content.
